eac444 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Gameplay

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 To register an account with eac444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. eac444 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will verify age during registration and at withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling online is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of eac444 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, and you have not been assessed as a problem gambler by any recognised authority.

1.2 You may hold only one registered account with eac444. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. eac444 employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered will be permanently closed and any balance within it, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, may be forfeited at eac444's discretion.

1.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false registration details — including a false name, a false date of birth, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eac444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. eac444 will never ask you to provide your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from eac444 that asks for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 eac444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). eac444 does not accept deposits made in cash or via money order.

Do not attempt a second deposit before the first has been confirmed, as this may result in a duplicate transaction.

3.4 All funds deposited to eac444 must originate from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Deposits from third-party payment methods — accounts belonging to another person — are prohibited. eac444 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used before crediting a deposit or processing a withdrawal.

4 Withdrawals and Processing Times

4.1 You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds (funds that have not originated from a bonus) at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account identity verification is complete; there are no pending bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance; and the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within five minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. 4.4 eac444 may delay or decline a withdrawal request where: the account identity has not been fully verified; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; the funds in question are the subject of a pending dispute or investigation; or applicable law requires eac444 to freeze account funds pending inquiry by a competent authority.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 eac444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matter in question.

5.2 Unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, all bonuses awarded by eac444 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on any deposited real-money funds also present in the account at the same time.

5.3 Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed in full. If you choose to withdraw your real-money balance before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

7 Responsible Gaming

11 Amendments, Suspension, and Termination

11.1 eac444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform — including specific games, payment methods, promotional offers, or account features — at any time and without prior notice, except where notice is required by these Terms or applicable law.

11.2 You may close your eac444 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements remaining. Bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.3 eac444 may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you have materially breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or are determined to pose a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. In the event of termination for cause, eac444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
